About the Role: As an Expert in Field Sales for Switzerland and Austria, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and maintaining communication with our client's distributors in these regions (focusing on German and French-speaking areas). Your goal is to ensure distributor success through frequent field visits, calls, and attendance at training sessions and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align field sales initiatives with marketing and merchandise strategies.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with the Distributor Success team and collaborate with other Sales Experts.
  • Provide front-line support to distributors, engaging with local leaders to build trust and support sustainable growth.
  • Maintain communication with distributors to understand trends, identify new sales opportunities, and address support needs.
  • Share best practices among distributors to promote growth and foster sales activities.
  • Attend regional seminars, opportunity meetings, and other local trainings as a company ambassador, as well as national and international company meetings.
  • Create reports using BI tools to provide a comprehensive understanding of distributor businesses and highlight growth opportunities.
  • Regularly analyze distributor business data to maximize growth and success.
  • Organize and lead conference calls, meetings, and trainings in the designated region.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A candidate with a diploma/degree and 5-7 years of field sales/key account management experience, preferably in a multinational FMCG environment with a D2C/B2B approach.
  • Proven track record of growing business in a sales-led environment.
  • Excellent analytical and numerate skills.
  • Strong coaching, persuasion, and influencing skills.
  • Native-level written and verbal skills in German and French (Italian is a plus).
  • Highly distributor/customer-focused with a servant leadership style.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) with professional-level Excel skills.
  • Self-starter, motivated, organized, and flexible.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work on weekends when required.
