Responsibilities:
- Perform high-standard repairs and coordinate with client care for special cases.
- Use our repair management system to organize repairs and order parts.
- Maintain and organize the workshop, including machines and tools.
- Inform and advise clients about repairs and our products.
- Meet KPIs like turnaround time and quality standards.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty.
- Provide first-class service to ensure customers enjoy their journeys with our products.
Other Duties:
- Load, unload, and move materials manually or with equipment.
- Handle material activities like counting, weighing, sorting, packing, and unpacking.
- Ensure safe working conditions per OSHA regulations.
- Clean work areas and equipment daily.

- You are passionate about high-quality products and craftsmanship.
- You have experience in a manufacturing/technical environment or a similar role.
- You have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- You have a mechanical background using hand and power tools (preferred).
- You have worked in a repairs-related field.
