Role Overview:

As a Client Advisor, you will be a key ambassador of the brand, delivering a refined and immersive client experience. You will not only guide clients through the product offering but also convey the deeper meaning behind each creationits craftsmanship, heritage, and the brand philosophy that brings it to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage clients with a personalized, elegant, and emotionally resonant approach.

Maintain high visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation aligned with the brand's identity.
Stay informed about market trends, brand campaigns, and product launches to enrich the client experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service.
Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate product features into emotional value.
Passion for luxury, design, and brand culture.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong asset.
Professional appearance, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
