For our important client, a company operating in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for an experienced:
SALES MANAGER PLANT - BASED APIS
The Ideal candidate's expertise lies in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence for herbal extracts in Europe and overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in Europe and overseas.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth for Herbal extracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams to support product development and marketing initiatives
- Achieve sales targets and KPI's set by the company.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
Desired experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Business, Marketing or related field.
- 5 -10 years of experience in sales of herbal extracts (must have)
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
- Deep understanding of the market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and industry trends in Europe and overseas.
- Successfully built and managed a diverse portfolio of clients, including multinational pharma companies, contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and generic drug manufacturers.
- Strong network of industry contacts and played a pivotal role in expanding market reach and brand visibility in Europe and overseas.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Language
- English fluent
- Any other additional European language is a plus
