As a Field Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in developing strong relationships and maintaining effective communication with our client's distributors in Switzerland and Austria, particularly in German and French-speaking regions. Your primary goal will be to support distributor success through regular field visits, calls, and participation in training sessions and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with marketing and merchandise teams to align field sales strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with the Distributor Success team and work closely with other Sales Associates.
  • Front-Line Support: Engage with local leaders to provide support and build trust, facilitating sustainable growth for distributors.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with distributors to identify trends, uncover new sales opportunities, and address their support needs.
  • Share Best Practices: Promote growth by sharing effective strategies among distributors.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at regional seminars, opportunity meetings, and local training sessions.
  • Data Reporting: Utilize BI tools to create reports that provide insights into distributor performance and highlight growth opportunities.
  • Business Analysis: Regularly analyze distributor data to maximize growth potential.
  • Lead Meetings: Organize and conduct conference calls, meetings, and training sessions within your designated region.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of field sales or key account management experience, ideally in a multinational FMCG environment with a D2C/B2B focus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Basic analytical and numerical skills to interpret data effectively.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in written and verbal communication in German, French, and English.
  • Customer Focus: A strong commitment to distributor and customer success, embodying a servant leadership approach.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competent in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and basic Excel skills.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive, organized, and flexible individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Availability: Willingness to work weekends as needed.
