For  an important Client we are looking for:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

•  Coordinate the overall Leasing effort for LFO and support the Leasing Director in achieving occupancy targets for the centre, as well as contributing to the constant improvement of the brand mix
•  Research and monitor retail/fashion/lifestyle trends to help formulating the Leasing strategy for the centre and implementing strategic actions 
•  Prepare and update presentations and lease offers for Brands • Provide support in the budgeting and reporting processes 
• Prepare reporting and analytical documents
•  Liaise with all the different departments (Retail, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Development and Operations), promoting effective collaboration 

WHAT YOU NEED:

•  • Advanced studies / training in Business, Trade or Real Estate 

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of professional experience in commercial roles 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Curiosity and openness to learn in a fast-paced environment 

  • Well-developed analytical and presentation skills 

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office), Adobe is a plus 

  • Fluency in German and English language
